By accessing sylnovia.com or engaging Sylnovia for custom software engineering, cloud architecture, or technology consulting, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Sylnovia delivers custom web applications, cloud infrastructure, AI integrations, and dedicated engineering squads. The specific deliverables, milestones, tech stacks, and timelines for each engagement are governed by a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW).
Upon final payment of contractual fees, all right, title, and ownership in custom source code, assets, UI designs, and database models transfer entirely and irrevocably to the client.
Sylnovia retains ownership of internal build scripts, CI/CD templates, and pre-existing core libraries. The client receives a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to utilize and modify these components.
To maintain high-velocity sprint delivery and adhere to roadmap commitments, the client agrees to:
Invoices are generated in line with milestone disbursements or sprint retainer schedules defined in the executed SOW. Standard commercial payment terms are Net-15 days from invoice presentation unless formally negotiated otherwise.
Both parties agree that all trade secrets, customer profiles, product blueprints, and technical information exchanged remain strictly confidential. This obligation remains legally binding indefinitely beyond project completion or contract termination.
Sylnovia warrants that engineering services will be performed according to current industry standards and strict code hygiene. Except for breaches of confidentiality, liability is strictly limited to the direct fees paid under the applicable SOW.
