Job Context:

Mistri Vai, a wing of Sylnovia, is looking for skilled Customer Service Specialists to support its service operations. As part of the team, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with order placements, and ensure exceptional client service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support via phone and other communication channels.
  • Manage order placements and updates based on customer requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions for customer complaints.
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure detailed record-keeping.
  • Suggest additional services or solutions to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both Bangla and English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the customer service/support industry.
  • Willingness to work on a roaster basis if required.

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Starting Salary: 10,000 BDT per month
  • Post-Probation (Based on Performance): 12,000–15,000 BDT per month
  • Weekly Holidays: 1 day
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
