Sylnovia is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team! Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to create and present compelling business proposals
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis
  • Proficiency in using business development tools and platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques
  • Experience with sales forecasting and performance metrics
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the tech industry
  • Experience with contract negotiation and client onboarding
  • Exposure to strategic planning and business growth strategies
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business goals
