Sylnovia is looking for a full-time Junior HR Associate to join our team! In this role, you will assist with employee relations, recruitment, and HR administrative tasks. This position is remote, offering flexibility in your work location. You will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and contribute to a positive work environment. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Maintain daily report standard
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with legally binding information procedures

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting various HR functions, including recruitment and employee onboarding
• Exposure to managing employee records and HR documentation
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Willingness to adapt to new HR technologies and processes quickly
